Sophie's Cuban Cuisine began in 1997 in downtown Manhattan with an American Dream. Manuela Luna and her three daughters, Patricia, Sofia, and Mila, risked everything to start a restaurant dedicated to having the tastiest lunch with the best service in New York City. Their Cuban chef, Eduardo Mergado, created authentic Cuban meals and sandwiches that have been receiving rave reviews for ten years.
