A rigorous, in-depth analysis was performed within each group to arrive at what we feel are the top 100 franchises. We evaluated companies on the basis of historical performance, brand equity, market dynamics, franchisee satisfaction, the level of initial training and on-going support, financial stability and other key factors.

Each of the Top 100 franchise companies featured here appeared in the book Bond's Top 100 Franchises, which was published in 2006. The individual franchise write-ups offered on this site (accessible through the category links below) are exact reproductions of the write-ups contained in those publications. Hence, they may not accurately reflect current information regarding the franchise opportunities they describe.
