Investment Required

The initial fee to purchase a Fleet Clean franchise is $10,000 to $50,000. Fleet Clean provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Ongoing Expenses

Fleet Clean franchisees are responsible for a weekly royalty fee of 8.5% of gross revenue and a weekly advertising fee of 4.5% of gross revenue. Other fees include a daily non-compliance fee (if any operating standard is violated) of $100, among others.

What You Get: Training and Support

Fleet Clean provides training for up to two people. Classroom training, a total of 40 hours, will be conducted at Fleet Clean's headquarters in Melbourne, Florida. On-the-job training, a total of 53.25 hours, will be conducted at a franchised Fleet Clean located in Macon, Georgia. Topics covered will include bookkeeping, equipment operation, chemical safety, and fleet washing. Fleet Clean will continue to offer ongoing advice and guidance regarding the daily operations of the franchise, as well as offer additional training when needed.

Territory

Fleet Clean does not grant exclusive territories.
