The initial fee for an America's Best Value Inn franchise is $10,000. America's Best Value Inn provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

America's Best Value Inn franchisees pay a monthly membership fee of the sum of (x) $20.50 per Guest Room for the first 50 Guest Rooms, (y) $16.50 per Guest Room for Guest Rooms 51 to 75, and (z) $15.50 per Guest Room for any Guest Rooms in excess of 75. Other fees include a monthly marketing fee of the product of $14 times the number of Guest Rooms, among others.
America's Best Value Inn does not provide any initial training prior to opening a lodge facility. Brand Members are expected to be qualified and sufficiently skilled to operate a limited-service lodging facility. However, optional training programs are provided concurrently with or shortly after opening. Franchisees have the opportunity to participate in Vantage Academy sessions at no additional charge. Sessions are offered 15-18 times a year at various locations throughout North America. For all Vantage Academy sessions, you must pay you and each trainee's expenses, including travel, lodging, and meal expenses, other than lunch during the educational sessions, which is provided by Vantage Hospitality. America's Best Value Inn will continue to offer ongoing advice and guidance regarding the daily operations of the franchise, as well as offer additional training when needed
