With Aire Serv’s proprietary franchise management systems, our franchisees can learn how to find new customers, gain market share over local competition, and operate a profitable and sustainable HVAC repair franchise. Aire Serv’s portfolio of services includes services for residential air conditioning repair and installation, heating repair installation, and air quality and duct cleaning. Each of our Aire Serv franchisees are unique and they decide on which of the areas they would like to concentrate.

Investment Required
The initial fee to purchase an Aire Serv franchise is $30,000 plus $300 per 1,000 population for additional territory. Aire Serv provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Ongoing Expenses
Franchisees are required to pay ongoing license fees ranging from 5% to 7% of gross sales, a MAP fee equal to 2% of gross sales, and various advertising and marketing spending.
What You Get: Training and Support
Franchisees will be enrolled in an initial training program that includes an optional two-day Phase I training, as well as a 10-day Phase II training program that consists of both business and systems training. Both phases will take place at company headquarters in Waco, TX or another location. Additionally, franchisees will be required to complete one to five days of field training at a franchised business. Aire Serv will continue to offer advice and assistance regarding the day-to-day operations of the franchise, as well as refresher training courses when deemed necessary.
Territory
Aire Serv grants territories with approximate populations of 100,000 to 1,500,000, which are not exclusive.
