Coconut's Fish Cafe franchisees are responsible for a weekly royalty fee of 7% of gross sales and a monthly advertising fee of 1% of gross sales. Other fees include a late fee of $50, among others.
Coconut's Fish Cafe provides training for up to three people (operating principal, kitchen manager, and general manager). Training will take place in Phoenix, Arizona or Dallas, Texas and will last for three weeks. Topics covered will include safety procedures, management procedures, house manager duties, and operations training. Coconut's Fish Cafe will continue to offer ongoing advice and guidance regarding the daily operations of the franchise, as well as offer additional training when needed.
Coconut's Fish Cafe does not grant exclusive territories.
