Investment Required

The fee for a Cleaning Authority major market franchise ranges from $30,000 to $55,000, depending on the number of qualified households in the franchisee’s territory. The fee is reduced for an executive market franchise to between $15,000 and $30,000, where there are fewer qualified households in the territory. In some cases more territory can be purchased, in which case the fee may exceed $55,000.  The Cleaning Authority may finance the cost of purchasing additional territory.

The Cleaning Authority provides the following range of investments required to open your initial major market franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.
