Sandler Training

Sandler Training has been recognized as the #1 Training Franchise by Entrepreneur magazine for the last three years and ranked one of the Top 25 Franchise High Performers by The Wall Street Journal. Sandler began franchising 25 years ago and has grown into a global network with hundreds of training centers throughout the world. The company attracts individuals who want to capitalize on a sales and management background and international partners who want to expand their service offerings. Sandler Training is a world leader in innovative sales and sales management training. For more than 40 years, Sandler has taught its distinctive, non-traditional selling system and highly effective sales training methodology, which has helped salespeople and sales managers take charge of the process.

Sandler Training recognizes and capitalizes on the power of reinforcement. Understanding and implementing a complex set of human attitudes, behaviors and selling techniques is not a “quick fix” solution that can occur in a one-day seminar. These are sustained changes that produce lasting results through the use of participatory and recurring training and strategic business development programs. The demand for quality sales training has rarely been greater than it is today. Large U.S. corporations currently spend $7.6 billion a year on improving the skills of their salespeople and Sandler Training franchisees can provide these firms with the training they need.

What You Get—Training and Support

New Sandler Training® franchisees begin with an intensive, five to eight-day Initial Training program. Franchisees learn about the Sandler Selling System; how to deliver the material to clients. Franchisees are provided with with information on the basics of setting up a business and programs to become successful. Sandler goes an extra step; providing franchisees with a personal coach to kick-start their business. Whether franchisees call once a week or once a day, Sandler coaches are available to provide guidance and reinforcement on working “hands-on” in all aspects of the new business, including the best approach to take with a potential client, debriefing and critiquing sales calls and helping identify potential clients in the marketplace.

Periodically, Home Office coaches visit to observe franchisees’ training sessions. This gives coaches a first-hand look at how franchisees operate the business and an opportunity to give relevant feedback. Sandler also offers conferences three times a year to train franchisees, which are packed with sessions to help franchisees become an effective trainer and business owner. To assist franchisees in the initial lead generation phase, Sandler also provides several marketing tools and programs, which have been used for more than 25 years to grow leads and turn them into customers.
