Investment
Required
The
fee for a Jani-King franchise ranges from $8,600 to $16,250, including an
initial finder’s fee. The fee may be
higher depending on the plan chosen. Jani-King
provides the following range of investments required to open your initial
franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent
that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end
investment could be substantially reduced.

Jani-King
franchisees pay royalty fees equal to 10% of monthly gross revenue (subject to
monthly minimums), an accounting fee equal to 5% of monthly gross revenue and
an advertising fee equal to 1% of monthly gross revenues. What You Get—Training
and Support Jani-King
offers a level of training, business development and administrative support
that is unparalleled in the cleaning industry. Jani-King's local Regional
Offices provide franchisees with initial training in the operation of a
franchise business. The program provides training in Jani-King's methods and
practices of professional cleaning services, management and industry specific
training. Training also includes classroom lectures and discussions, actual
demonstrations, printed manuals, video presentations, formal instruction and
practical hands-on training. Home study materials, additional training seminars
and refresher courses are also available to help keep franchisees informed of
the latest trends and technology in the industry. Jani-King
supports franchisees on an ongoing basis by providing advice, business development
support and technical support through its Regional Offices. Each office has a
marketing staff whose goal is to provide new business to Jani-King franchisees
and ensure satisfaction of clients. The Regional Offices also provide
franchisees with complete customer invoicing and other administrative support. Local
operations teams are available 24 hours a day and perform routine inspections
of each account. Jani-King franchisees have a vested interest in the work they
perform because satisfaction is what drives their business. Territory
