Investment
Required
The
fee for an Anytime Fitness franchise is $17,999, and the fee for an Anytime
Fitness Express franchise is $10,999, with a reduction for conversions,
veterans and current franchisees.
Anytime
Fitness provides the following range of investments required to open your
initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To
the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your
front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Fitness franchisees pay royalty fees of $419 per month, a general advertising
fee equal to the greater of $150 per month or 1% of monthly revenues and in
eight states, a local marketing fund contribution equal to the greater of $150

include monthly website and software fees.

ongoing training and support, including regional workshops, advanced managerial
sessions and an online operations manual tailored to specific phases of the franchise’s
business.
Anytime
Fitness also provides assistance with site selection and lease negotiation, and
a complete consultation process for all aspects of club layout, design and
construction. Franchisees have the option of using Anytime Fitness’ professionally developed marketing materials
and business supplies, designed to heighten national branding and marketing
efforts.
