Building Care franchisees pay royalty fees equal to 10% of gross revenue per
month and an accounting and administration fee equal to 5% of gross revenue per
month.Other fees payable by the
franchisee include additional opening account and new account fees and one-time
contract fees.

training, extended training and special services training. Five hours of
classroom training and unlimited on-the-job training are provided at flexible,
mutually convenient times. The home-study section complements and strengthens
the hands-on training, enabling a franchisee to effectively progress through the
course material at a pace suited to their lifestyle. A proficiency examination
is given at the end of training and, after obtaining a more than eighty percent
proficiency rating, the franchisee is awarded a certificate of authorization in

dispute resolution, and acceptance into any financing offered by the company. Marketing
assistance is offered including advertising on the national, regional and local
levels, with the added support of referrals and trade shows. BONUS maintains a
full sales staff and telemarketers who work daily to obtain business for its
franchisees. BONUS provides exceptional hands-on support, from being with new
franchisees on their first night of cleaning on each new account, to performing
invoicing and collecting tasks. A 24-hour answering service and hotline are
available for customer assistance. In addition, BONUS offers each franchisee
the opportunity to lease-purchase quality, commercially rated, earth-friendly
janitorial equipment.
