In
1976, Daekyo introduced a new teaching methodology called E.nopi, which has
enjoyed increasing success to the present day. E.nopi supplements the
fundamental learning experience by preparing students for school classes and
helping them to achieve maximum benefit from their academic practices. E.nopi
encourages students to acquire self-motivation, independence and proactive
learning methods by placing them at the center of all learning activities.
Daekyo has become a global educational services provider through continuous
efforts to develop a variety of educational methods that integrate online and
offline programs, creating a foundation for the lifelong pursuit of learning.
Daekyo has grown into Korea's top educational services provider, with approximately
2.4 million members in more than 12 countries, providing exceptional
educational services and inspiring students to strive for excellence.
Entrepreneur magazine has ranked
E.nopi in its Franchise 500 every year since 2005, in addition to recognizing the
company as one of America’s Top Global Franchises. E.nopi has developed a
unique product and method of implementation for a market with an established
need. The benefits of owning an E.nopi Learning Center include a reasonable
work/life balance, a proven system with over 30 years of experience, relatively
low cost investment and a socially responsible and respected business.

What You
Get—Training and Support
The
franchisee (or managing owner) and one managing level employee complete a five
to seven day program covering the E.nopi curriculum as well as business and
center operations. Training is offered at the E.nopi training facility, in
addition to on-site training at the franchisee’s location. A representative is
sent to assist in the first few days of a Learning Center opening, and franchisees
are advised on the advertising program for a Learning Center’s grand opening.
E.nopi
provides additional special guidance, assistance and refresher training courses
upon request. Franchise owners receive continual support through company
newsletters, meetings, internet resources and a toll-free phone line.
