for a new Express Oil Change franchisee to know anything about cars or
automotive repair prior to becoming a franchisee. Express Oil Change’s
comprehensive training program provides all the training necessary. Franchisees
are provided with an 8-10 week training process, which includes both classroom
and field training. In addition to pre-opening training and grand opening
support, a certified trainer spends time at the franchisee’s location during
the first year and as needed.
