territory.The fee is increased for

CareGivers franchisees pay royalty fees equal to 5% of monthly gross billings
on non-Medicaid Clients (2% for Medicaid gross billings), a national marketing
fee equal to 1% of monthly gross billings and annual required local
promotion/marketing expenditures equal to a minimum of 4% of gross
billings.Other fees payable by the
franchisee include monthly software fees, email service and technical
assistance fees and software updates and maintenance.
