Investment Required

The fee for a Maids franchise is $10,000, plus an initial territory fee of $0.95 for each potential customer in the Designated Market Area. The Maids may offer financing to qualified prospective franchisees for up to 75% of the initial franchise fee.

 

The Maids Home Services provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 


On-going Expenses

The Maids franchisees pay royalty fees ranging from 3.9 to 6.9% of gross revenues (2.4% to 6.9% for conversions), advertising fees equal to 2% of gross revenues (0.5 to 2% for conversions) and required local advertising expenditures equal to $1.20-$1.80 per potential customer, per year. Additional fees payable by the franchisee include a national convention registration fee and an annual software membership fee.

The Maids Home Services training is one of the most intensive and advanced in the franchise community.  Training includes an initial program to help ensure a successful opening, comprehensive corporate training, site visits by trainers and business coaches to streamline operations and a post-training program designed to help franchisees focus on business goals.

 

The Maids’ marketing staff and business coaches provide comprehensive marketing support throughout opening and operations.  The Maids helps franchisees build an initial marketing plan and provides ongoing consulting, ad design, public relations and direct mail support.  The Maids also assigns a franchise business coach to provide franchisees with one-on-one counsel and support in all facets of business growth and management.
