Entrepreneur magazine has featured Mr. Appliance in its Franchise 500 for the past 9 years, ranking them #1 in their category in 2007. Mr. Appliance gives franchisees the tools and benefits to reach financial and personal goals while maintaining a commitment to integrity and finding a better quality of life.

Mr. Appliance franchisees pay a license fee ranging from 4-7% of gross sales (except on special rates) and MAP fees equal to 2% of gross sales (except on special rates). What You Get—Training and Support

Mr. Appliance provides a set of proven, result-producing methods for running and promoting a business. New franchise owners attend five days of training at Mr. Appliance headquarters, where they gain skills in the latest technology, best business practices, marketing strategies and customer service techniques. Several conferences and regional training meetings are offered for franchisees to receive continuing education and the latest training from the corporate staff and fellow franchisees.

Franchise owners also profit from ZWare Mobile, a new service call automation system. ZWare Mobile was developed by the parent company of Mr. Appliance, The Dwyer Group. It works in conjunction with ZWare, a proprietary software package for companies of The Dwyer Group, and is designed to connect its thousands of franchise owners, employees and repair technicians. The ZWare Mobile system integrates every process of the service call into a Windows Mobile-based phone, maximizing efficiency by eliminating the need for redundant paperwork.

Mr. Appliance provides professionally prepared advertising and integrated marketing support, along with pricing and operational programs and materials, giving franchisees the benefits of a national image while reaching their local market. Franchise Consultants visit franchisee locations to help both office and field personnel with continual polishing of relationship building and business skills.

Territory

Mr. Appliance grants territories with certain exclusive rights, ranging in population from 100,000 to 2,000,000+.
