Crew Training, Quality Control, Routing and Scheduling, Purchasing, and more.Training also covers management procedures
for running a profitable business, including all aspects of employee hiring,
training and performance.Following
this, franchisees complete additional days of local training, with a strong
emphasis placed on the customer acquisition process. Franchisees learn how to
business network in their local market, make proposal presentations, and
develop strategies for growing their business.
Following opening, U.S.
Lawns continues to support franchisees by providing one-on-one mentoring from
industry experts, professional marketing materials and marketing programs,
corporate-sponsored purchasing support and administrative support. Franchisees
have the opportunity to network and share ideas with peers and other owners at
group meetings, regional meetings and at the U.S. Lawns Annual Conference.As a member of the U.S. Lawns family,
