Investment Required
The fee for a Foliage Design franchise is $20,000 for a population of 40,000, and is $15 higher for every additional 1,000 people in the population. Foliage Design also offers an area development agreement.

Ongoing Expenses
Foliage Design franchisees pay a monthly royalty fee of 6% of gross revenue and a local advertising fee of 1% of gross revenues.
What You Get—Training and Support
Foliage Design systems prepares its franchisees for entry into the interiorscape industry with an extensive initial training class composed of up to 72 hours of classroom training in Foliage Design headquarters in Orlando, Florida and up to 32 hours of on-the-job training. Franchisees are given an operations manual and professional marketing materials for their Foliage Design business.
Ongoing support includes daily support via an 800 number, e-mail and fax, preferred vendor supply discounts, and national and regional account leads and referrals. Ongoing training and education after the initial training class is also provided via newsletters, regional and annual meetings.
Territory
Foliage Design grants exclusive territories.
