Asosiasi Franchise Indonesia (AFI) is a non-profit organization, established on November 22, 1991 by some initiators in coordination with the Ministry of Trade, ILO and the IPPM, has as objectives: 1) Organize franchisors and master franchisees operating in Indonesia; 2) Grow the code of ethics in franchising; 3) Promote the franchise system in Indonesia and to conduct the system professionally; 4) Assist the government in reviewing regulations on franchising periodically; 5) Cooperate with other franchise organizations around the world; and 6) Encourage good and sound business practices and a conducive business climate in Indonesia.
