We have compiled the following information regarding the experience by the only company owned LearningRx Training Center. The Center is owned by LearningRx, Inc. and is located in northern Colorado Springs, Colorado (the "Colorado Springs Center"), which has a territory population nof approximately 250,000 people. The numbers presented below represent the gross revenues, on a cash basis, generated by the Colorado Springs Center from the date the Colorado Springs Center opened on August 12, 2002 through July 31, 2003 followed by the revenues and expenses for the 2006 calendar year.
