The APF, which was founded in 1988, connects franchisors to any interested or committed company or individual with a franchising operation, as well as providing information to both prospective franchisors, franchisees and the general public. All members must adhere to the European Code of Ethics. As the foremost nationwide Franchising Interface, the APF's primary goal is to actively promote, protect and further the interests of properly constructed Franchising companies; establish and maintain a clear definition of ethical Franchising standards; and assist members of the public, press, potential investors and government bodies. As a member of the European Franchise Federation, we strongly believe that ethical Franchising is a bona-fide business technique for rapidly expanding markets.
