Investment Required
The fee for an initial American Leak Detection franchise ranges from $57,500 to $100,000, depending on the population of the franchise�s designated territory. American Leak Detection provides up to 50% of financing, depending on a franchisee�s credit.

American Leak Detection provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 

On-Going Expenses
The franchisee pays an ongoing royalty fee ranging from 6 to 10% of adjusted gross volume.

What You Get�Training and Support
Training starts with six weeks of training in management, marketing, accounting and on-the-job techniques. A monthly newsletter keeps franchisees up-to-date, and a four-day convention takes place annually for franchisees to communicate ideas and generate new ones.

American Leak Detection�s research and development department continually works to improve and update equipment, while the marketing staff assists with press coverage. A website is maintained for the exclusive use of franchisees, which means that franchisees benefit from instantaneous communication and support from fellow team members. Follow-up training and marketing assistance is provided after the business opens, and employee training programs are customized for each franchisee�s needs.
