Investment Required
The fee for a CENTURY 21� franchise is $25,000.

CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 

On-Going Expenses
CENTURY 21� franchisees pay a royalty fee equal to 6% of gross income, with a minimum of $562 per month and a maximum of $1,300 per month, and national advertising fund fees equal to 2% of monthly gross income. Additional fees include varying brokers council fees and an International Management Academy fee of $1,800.

What You Get�Training and Support
The CENTURY 21 System provides new franchisees with the following: live and self-paced web-based classes through the award-winning CENTURY 21 Learning System �, direct instruction and guidance from a local broker�s office, affordable beginning and advanced courses to further develop field knowledge, software to manage daily operations, and financial and marketing tools such as the CENTURY 21 Learning System Virtual Solution Series �, which provides PowerPoint tutorials and digital photography guidance. Additional valuable services include networking events where franchisees interact with and learn from peers.

With one of the most recognized names in the real estate industry, the CENTURY 21 System is dedicated to maintaining the strength of its brand name through national television, radio, print and online marketing campaigns. Franchisees benefit from personalized advertising materials and programs targeting different demographics including specialty and emerging markets (new construction, mature moves, first-time homeowners, luxury, commercial, and more). Additionally, to help System members maintain their relationships with customers, programs such as the CENTURY 21 System�s Quality Service Survey, Preferred Client Club and CENTURY 21 Connections were established.

Territory
The CENTURY 21 System grants protected territories with a quarter-mile radius. Franchisees are not prohibited from seeking listings or buyers in any area.
