Investment Required
The fee for a FASTSIGNS franchise is $25,000.

FASTSIGNS provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 

On-Going Expenses
FASTSIGNS franchisees pay a service fee equal to 6% of gross sales and a NAC fee equal to 2% of gross sales. Other fees include an undetermined advertising cooperative fee (equal to a maximum of 2% of gross sales) and the cost of various advertising and promotional materials.

What You Get�Training and Support
Franchisees go through a detailed three-week New Owner Training program, accompanied by online training, videos, manuals and field training. Marketing materials are customized for each store, while marketing experts help franchisees develop a focused marketing strategy. Franchisees also benefit from an exclusive online intranet that allows them to communicate with other franchisees and offers them further training and marketing resources; they can also develop their own unique online web catalog for their customers. State-of-the-art graphic design systems can be used to provide a variety of sign and graphics. FASTSIGNS offers site-selection assistance, grand opening support and a Franchise Services Team ready to help with every aspect of a franchisee�s store. FASTSIGNS will also teach franchisees how to form business plans and cash flow/operating budget and advertising strategies, as well as how to analyze, understand and improve financial performance.
