Investment Required
The fee for a Hilton franchise is a minimum of $85,000 for the first 275 rooms, plus an added fee of $300 per each additional room.

On-Going Expenses

Hilton franchisees pay a monthly royalty fee equal to 5% of gross room revenue and a monthly program fee equal to 4% of gross room revenue. Other ongoing fees include charges related to the Frequent Traveler/Guest Reward program and OnQ� software and hardware system fees.

Expansion
In addition to conversions, which are an important part of our growth, new Hilton construction continues. A smaller Hilton full-service prototype has been designed to deliver upscale services in smaller, growing urban and resort markets and uses a compact design footprint allowing for lower construction costs and shorter building times. Development also continues with traditional, larger-scale, full-service hotels.
