The fee for a More Space Place franchise is $33,500.

More Space Place provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

 

On-Going Expenses
More Space Place franchisees pay a royalty fee equal to the greater of 4.5% of gross revenue or $500 per month, a national advertising contribution fee equal to the greater of 2.5% of gross revenue or $500 per month, a regional advertising contribution fee equal to the greater of 2.5% of gross revenue or $500 per month, and a local advertising fee equal to the greater of 7% of gross revenue or $2,500 per month.
