In 1983 Jeff & Jill Summerhays started Maui Wowi Hawaiian to provide their ’Ohana (family) a healthy alternative to sugar and fat laden foods. Maui Wowi Hawaiian is famous for their line of proprietary all-natural smoothies made by blending exotic fruit juices, fruit purees, all-natural flavorings, and their own non-fat yogurt, as well as their exclusive line of Kona espresso and Cappuccino drinks and a gourmet line of blended coffees. Maui Wowi Hawaiian prides themselves on providing not only world-class coffee and Fresh Fruit Smoothies, but also an inviting store environment and Aloha customer service.
Maui Wowi offers a simple business, allowing franchisees to build their own businesses promoting healthy, quality products under the wildly successful Maui Wowi Hawaiian brand umbrella. Ongoing Expenses
Maui Wowi franchisees pay a monthly royalty fee of 6% of gross revenue, plus 12% of purchase price of Maui Wowi products, supplies, and equipment.
What You Get—Training and Support
Maui Wowi franchisees undergo initial training at the Maui Wowi headquarters in Denver, CO. This covers everything from day-to-day operations such as coffee and smoothie training, to accounting, leadership, and employee management training. Additionally, Maui Wowi provides franchisees with access to a library of operating manuals which includes training workbooks, store design guidebooks, and event workbooks.
Maui Wowi does not grant exclusive territories.
