Investment Required
The fee for a ServiceMaster Clean franchise depends on the type of franchise license selected. The costs of different licenses are as follows: for residential services, $16,900; commercial services, $18,900; disaster restoration services, $45,000; janitorial services, $29,000; small market services, $25,000. Financial assistance is offered.

ServiceMaster Clean provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced. The following figures apply to the opening of a residential cleaning services franchise.

 

On-Going Expenses
The franchisee pays an on-going royalty fee equal to the greater of $250.00 or 10% of gross monthly service sales, and a national advertising fund fee equal to the greater of $20.00 or 1% of gross monthly service sales billed.
